1) Contest open to everyone, but eligibility is limited to children, ages newborn to five years old.
2) Photos of ____ must be submitted via email to peggie.hensley@gmail.com. Include child's name, your email, phone number, child's birthdate. (Please DO NOT submit professional portraits.)
3) Deadline for photos to be received is _________.
4) On ________ all photos will be posted on this blog with a poll for voting. Votes will be counted for one week, each voter gets one vote. (Please DO NOT submit more than one vote. Violators' votes will not be counted.)
5) The ____ with most votes will win a complimentary session and a 16 x 14 wall portrait. (No purchase is neccessary, but additional portraits may be purchased, standard pricing, if desired.)
6) Free session must be scheduled to take place by _________, 2010. Session must be taken at pbh Art, Inc. studio or within 20 miles of Chapmanville, WV.

I have an extremely large family who are spread out, all I have to do it call pbh Art, Inc. and Peggie works her schedule to fit ours, and I have called often. Within the last four years I have used her services for a wedding, 75th birthday party, Easter pictures, Christmas cards and yearly family portraits. In our last portrait we had 15 family members including 7 small children. The pictures were breathtaking. Peggie is experienced, patient and so easy to work with, and the best part are the pictures, they are always beautiful!"
